Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't find the answer to your question here, contact us.

Q. The rings look good in the photos, but it's not the same as actually trying one on. What happens if I get it and decide I don't want to keep it?
A. We have an ironclad money-back guarantee. If you decide not to keep the ring for any reason, just return it within 60 days and we'll immediately refund your money — no questions asked.

Q. I'd like a design that's different from what you offer. Can you change the lettering or insignia, or make a custom ring?
A. The emblem tops in our rings are made from metal molds. Due to the high cost of making a new mold, we cannot change the designs or make custom rings.

Q. How do I know what size I need?
A. If you don't know your size, when we receive your order we'll immediately send you a plastic, wide-band ring sizer with instructions. We've had very few problems with this method over the years. If you'd prefer, you can have your finger sized by a local jeweler. (If you're ordering a man's ring, tell him you need to be sized for a solid-back, wide-band ring.)

Q. What happens if I get my ring and the fit isn't right?
A. Within the first 60 days of receiving your ring we will adjust the size at no charge. If the ring needs to be more than one full size bigger or smaller, we will make a replacement ring within the first 60 days, also at no charge.

Q. If I gain or lose weight, can I return the ring for resizing after the first 60 days?
A. After the first 60 days we will resize the ring up to one full size bigger or smaller for $25. If it needs to be resized more than one full size, we can give you credit for the metal content in the ring and apply this credit toward a replacement ring.

Q. Can you engrave my initials inside my ring?
A. We don't offer engraving because once a ring is engraved it isn't returnable under our money-back guarantee. Also, if it needs to be resized the engraving would be destroyed. We recommend that you take your ring to a local jeweler or engraver — this can usually be done for a small charge.

Q. How big is the ring?
A. As you look down at the ring on your finger, our men's model is 5/8" from the top edge to the bottom edge. Our women's model is 1/2" from the top edge to the bottom edge.

Q. How will I know if you received my order?
A. If you order from this website we'll e-mail a confirmation to you within one business day. We send written confirmation by mail for all orders.

Q. How long will it take to get my ring?
A. Because each ring is individually made, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery from the date we receive a 1/2 deposit and get your size.

Q. I'd like to buy a ring but money is tight. Do you offer any kind of payment plan?
A. Yes. When you place your order, you'll see a choice of full payment, half down, or no-interest layaway.

Q. Can you change the insignia on my ring if I'm promoted?
A. Yes. There is a modest charge for this, depending on the metal your ring is cast in.
